Neat webpage!. I am searching for CHAMPAGNE Calixte who's last name was changed from "PEPIN" . I do not know enough about him at present. One of his children Adrien Champagne born in "Nomine" married Rose Alba Desjardens in Quebec and dieD in St. Calixte, Montcalm, quebec. Would you know anything about this branch? thanks Emanuela

Hello to family far off and never met. I was so excited to come across this website and to find my grandparents in your family genealogy pages. My grandfather was Joseph-Georges Lachance and is now deceased. Growing up my sisters and I always called him " Pepere" ( sp? ) and my grandmother " memere ". When we went to his funeral back east I heard several cousins, family, and friends calling there grandparents the same thing. I was appalled ! hehehe. I had no idea that what the French words actually meant. Silly me!! Anyway, I am bookmarking your website so I can spend another 2 hours reading. I am also sending it to my father, and sisters and brothers.
I applaud you for such an absolute fabulous job you did on your website. It must of taken you forever and a lot of researching. Most of all, thank you for doing it because this kind of thing always interests me. Not sure exactly how we are actually related...but nice to meet you.
Sincerely,
Leslie Criswell (Lachance)

Great Site! Great Sense of Humor!
Looking for information/contact on the Rheaume Line. My Great-Grandmother would have been Anatalie Vachon, married to Alphonse Rheaume in Ste. Marie, (Beauce)Quebec, Canada (Sept.1885)

Love your site! I have asked a couple questions on the site and alerted my daughter of the site as well. I suspect we are related "way back there", as a cousin whose mother was from Quebec, has done research bringing us back to the Isle of Orleans. My great-grandfather is said to have emigrated to New Hampshire, where my grandfather, father and I were born (Rochester)sometime pre-1900. My paternal grandmother was a LaMontagne but from where, I do not know. My mother's family was also from somewhere in Canada (Vachon).

I have found "Lachance" intertwined with "Aubuchon's" in my searching. Nice web site. I have "Tons" of information, but only "Pounds" of verification. Will share all information I have and appreciate your work.

Originally, I'm from Seattle, Washington (and have the gills and webbed toes to prove it) but am currently hangin' my hat in Burnaby BC where researching the Canadian side of the Pepin families (yes, it is plural Pepins) is more cost effective.

Great site you got here, Cuz

I loved your site I am learning so much from it not just genealogy. I am from the Lemieux family descended from Pierre - 1660 and a descendant of his 3rd son Louis 1652. I see lots of connections between your family and ours. Thanks for the web site. I am looking for the grandchildren of Seraphin 1860 in Mont Louis Que. Can anyone help?
