Hi Larry, we have spoken before, and I have sent you some little bits of information that I came up with, probably not much help though, but my older brother remembers hearing the names Josephat and Adolphe when he was younger, but doesn't remember too much about it. If I hear anymore or pick up something, I will send it along, maybe it will help someone else.

Hi! I am part of this huge group of Lachances that came from Antoine Pepin. It's amazing! I didn't realize I have such a large family! An interesting point to add to your quest for family knowledge is that the descendant of Jacques Billaudeau, the friend whom Antoine Pepin stole the moose in 1664, is a family friend of ours! It's a small world, isn't it? I'd love to keep in touch with any Lachances to learn more about the family! This is a great website! Thank you for the info!

I sent you the information that I have on Pelletier's so when you get it, let me know if you find the link. So, I guess we are related, let me know who, what where & how. Like your web site. I don't currently have one but one day I will get my son to help me with it.

Gee, no we're not related, not yet but who knows what future research might bring. I saw your post on the Dutchess Queries Board and saw you had a Web Site-sooo I had to check it out --- great site love the music and everything about it -- great job. I hope things are going well with your research and wonder if you have found any more info on your "Bugler" Isaac Carlow and his family! I am at the researching here in Dutchess all the time, wills, deeds, obits, cemeteries. The whole family knows where to look for me if I am not home. I hope all is going well with you and your research! Keep up the great work! I don't think we are related. I do like this family page. I do wish to find more about my line of Bussells there are several of us in my little home town of Brodhead Kentucky, as a matter of fact there is even a Bussell street. I know very little about our history, my great grandfather was Arch Bussell I know very little else. If you have any information into this line, passing it on would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Larry, I am so grateful to you for all that you have done. As you well know, my mother (Donna Marie Bussell) has yearned all of her life to know more about the family that was lost to her when she was orphaned. I share her enthusiasm, and I hope we will meet some day. I am also inspired to follow through with some ideas that I have had...videotaping conversations (stories) with my mother about things no one will ever know, and encouraging her to write things down! I sincerely hope that you continue your search so that we may all benefit from knowing who we are. My best regards to you and yours!!

I don't know but don't think we're related. I sent you an e-mail tonight with names I'm searching for. Your site is nice. You might consider identifying the people in the photos by name if you know them all. Then, someone would maybe have the thrill of opening your site to find a relative and see their missing relative in a photo!

Don't know if we are related but the search may be fun. My maiden name is Chouinard. Grandfather is Jasper Chouinard and his father was Antoine Chouinard. Can you connect? Also, I went to school with a John & Judy LaChance, We graduated in 1966. They originally lived in either Stowe or Bolton Massachusetts. Are you related to them? Our home computer is giving us some grief so if you are unable to get through please use awalker@ccmail.llu.edu.

Stumbled upon your website while messing about trying to familiarize myself with internet. I am 35 with 3 children. I live in London as a TV writer and producer. I have not looked into my family tree - all I know is that my grandfather Archibald Frederick Bussell was born in 1903 in Plymouth, UK which of course is from where the Pilgrim Fathers set off for America!
