FREDERICK L. VIOLETTE
DEXTER - Frederick L. Violette, 63, died at his Dexter residence May 15.
He was born at Caribou, Jan. 6, 1914, ason of Athanase and Laura Picard Violette. He moved to Skowhegan at an early age, where he lived until
1956, when he moved to Dexter.
He served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II. He was employed by the Dexter Shoe Company for over 20 years. He was acommunicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, Dexter.
He is survived by his mother of Waterville; his widow, Jeannette LaChance Violette of Dexter; six sisters, Yvonne Lagassie, Mrs. Delia King,
Prudence LaClair, Alexandrine Gallnat, Mrs Viola Morin, all of Skowhegan, Anne Marie Goodwin of Madison; one brother, Ludger Violette, Skowhegan; one grandchild.
Burial was held May 18 at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter.
