By submitting your recipe, you are giving me (Larry Lachance) permission to post it on my web site (the Lachance & Bussell Family Genealogy pages) and add it to a cookbook (that may or may not be published in some other form), making any changes I see fit. You are authorizing me to use the recipe in an unrestricted manner, including your name, city and state and email (if you check yes to these options). I reserve the right to modify, reproduce and distribute the material in any medium and in any manner.
2. This recipe is entirely original, and it has not been copied or obtained from any other source and I am unaware of any other person or entity with any rights in or to this recipe, or any part thereof. If I have obtained it from another source, I am submitting it with the full knowledge and permission of that source.
All of this said because of the fact that I may, someday, decide to actually print all of the family recipes in a book, or other, form for the sole purpose of helping to fund my own, out-of-pocket, costs to keep the website going.
